This little boy melted my heart with that smile that was so ready at every click of the camera! And his Mom and Dad looked sharp in their outfits, including Dad’s uniform since he was stationed on Treasure Island the day of our shoot. What a beautiful day and view we had! These three have a very sweet bond that came through the whole time we spent together and shines in the images here. Remember the beautiful “big brother” and “big sister” maternity shoot from a while back? Well, here they are with little ‘A’ at 5 months old and as adorable as his big brother and sister! This family just finished building their stunning new home so we set out to capture them in all it’s light and bright newness. I love these shots of the kids individually too. We could not have planned a better day to head to Baker Beach for this beautiful family’s photo date! They drove a long way to be here and I was hoping for decent weather, but this was beyond any nice day I have ever seen out there. Little ‘C’ was excited to get her toes and fingers in the sand but not so sure about the water. Mom and Dad chased her around and we caught her in some very cute moments on her own as well as the three of them snuggling and exploring the beach. I loved meeting you guys and hope to see you on a future play date! Enjoy!

Much Needed Vacation {} Family Session, San Francisco
This sun-loving Florida family came to SF for their vacation this year and luckily had good weather while they were here! In our emails leading up to the shoot mom was dreading having to pull out the colder weather clothes for their vacation. I empathized that yes, while California is known as such a sunny state, that does not include this fair city in the fog So they were prepared for cold. I was happy it was “warm”… eh not that warm in their book… but still sunny and pretty nevertheless.
We started at the Ferry Building and headed out to the pier just on the south side to get some views of the city and the Bay Bridge, followed by some palm trees and tall buildings across the street. We ended the session at Blue Bottle Coffee for dad and Peet’s for hot chocolate and a frappe for ‘C’ and his mom. I really enjoyed getting to know you guys! Thank you for including me in your afternoon date and I hope you got the well-deserved vacation you dreamed of before returning to school and work
Stow Lake Outing {} Family Session, San Francisco
This session was focused around little ‘V’ and her parents at Stow Lake in Golden Gate Park. It was such fun to watch ‘V’ discover rocks, flowers, birds, and all the various elements that we as adults look over. I enjoyed the slow exploration of the trail with the beautiful lake in the background as boats and geese paddled their way past. Little ‘V’ was a joy to capture giggle, look perplexed, and point to everything she was taking in. Thank you, beautiful ‘B’ Family for the lovely shoot and have a safe trip back to Russia tomorrow!

Meet little ‘M’. This cute girl is quite a spitfire of personality and endless energy! We got some portraits of her with her grandparents, aunt, uncle, parents and her pup and then had some fun with more candids capturing her on her own. She has so many cute expressions and with these you can imagine the conversation going something like… “and where is your nose? and where is mama’s nose? and your belly button?” and so on. Then her dad put on her favorite song and that really got her clapping with joy and the dog hammed it up for the camera as well! It was a pleasure meeting you all and I hope you enjoy the photos!
